Golden Oak LLC finds the deals through brokers, cold calls, and direct mail campaigns, then negotiates the purchase of the property.
We perform the inspection
We perform thorough due diligence on the property, homes, utilities, tenants, and past financial performance.
You invest
You review our official offerings documents, participate in our investors call, ask questions, fund the project. Opportunities are offered on a first-come basis.
You receive distributions
We implement the strategy outlined in the official offerings documents and hold periodic updates on the performance of the property and pay out cash distributions
